Shipping Times & Rates

Depending on the item(s) you purchase tous-shop.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping rates are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses with the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. We currently cannot ship to extended rural areas of Alaska. Perfumes are always shipped Standard.

We offer the following convenient delivery options:

* Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Express

Orders sent to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Puerto Rico) are considered "Continental US" orders.

Standard (ground) shipping: please allow 5-7 business days.

Express shipping: please allow 4-5 business days.

Standard insurance for orders up to $300.00 is included in the shipping rates.

Orders of more than 5 articles may have additional fees.

We currently do not ship to International, APO/FPO or P.O. addresses.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; TOUS-SHOP has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
